Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Armenia is looking for a Customer Service Specialist who will dedicate himself/ herself to meet the customers' expectations.

Responsibilities
- Deal with customer enquiries about the availability and cost of vehicles;
- Take bookings and explain the terms of rental or leasing agreements;
- Complete paperwork with a customer and take payments;
- Show customers their vehicle and point out any bumps, scrapes or special features;
- Check mileage and inspect for damage when vehicles are returned;
- Provide ongoing service and sales support, if dealing with regular business leasing accounts;
- Perform some administrative activities.

RequiredQualifications
- Excellent customer care and communication skills;
- Experience of customer service, office administration or sales work would be an advantage;
- Sales skills;
- Organizational and time management skills;
- Administrative and IT skills;
- Basic math and cash handling skills;
- Fluency in English and Russian languages.
