Responsibilities
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Design the greenhouse projects in the office located in Yerevan
- Adapt greenhouse projects in the regions of Armenia and not only
- Supervise construction groups on construction site
- Work in a team with local and foreign experts in modern greenhouse complexes
- Review, understand and enforce all policies and procedures of the Company
- Maintain quality standards and all technical activities to ensure service is done with zero defect methodology
- Responsible for direct supervision of daily work force to maximize efficiency between client and supplier
- Ensure personnel issues are dealt with in a timely manner, including disciplinary actions
- Ensure all documentation is completed as required
- Provide technical support on equipment in assigned area
- Foster a positive team environment and assist coworkers as required
- Comply with Company policies and procedures
- Perform all other job related duties as assigned by the management
RequiredQualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering: Construction, Architecture, Mechanical, Thermodynamics, Power Energy or other related fields
- 1 year of work experience in engineering
- Participation in trainings, seminars and qualifications is a plus
- Intermediate knowledge of English and Russian languages
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus
- Ability to maintain deadlines to meet all project schedules
