Responsibilities
- Advertisement of bank services, accomplishment of sales and cross sales through outbound calls,
- Fulfillment of requests about bank products through outbound calls,
- Supplement of online loan applications,
- Filling out an application for a payment card online
RequiredQualifications
- Higher education,
- Work experience in Call Centre, banking sector and related sectors is preferred,
- Knowledge of sales skills
- Studying and quick orienteering skills,
- Literate communication skills,
- Good knowledge of Armenian, Russian, English languages
- Team work
- Able to handle multiple tasks.
