Responsibilities

-      Responding to incoming calls,

-      Providing clients with comprehensive information on banking services,

-      Providing information through means of remote communication,

-      Providing comprehensive information about bank branches, addresses, working hours,

-      Processing of claims and complaints of the clients,

-      Regulation of customer issues,

-      Providing clients with technical assistance,

-      Filling complaint-requirement applications օnline,

-      Responding to emails and guidance to relevant departments.

 

 

RequiredQualifications

-      Higher education

-      Work experience in the banking system or in a call-center will be preferable

-      Studying and quick orienteering skills

-      Literate communication skills

-      Good knowledge of Armenian, Russian, English languages

-      Oral and written communication skills

-      Team work

-      Able to handle multiple tasks.
