Responsibilities
- Monitoring and operating of hydroponic of technology of hydroponics activities
- Be responsible for all greenhouse operation and maintenance, plantation, vegetable production, organic farming
- Identify constrain and remedial solutions and demonstrate high crop/ horticultural management and techniques
- Further land preparations and assignment of good quality seeds and other plant requirements
- Perform technical farm activities like plant propagation and harvesting; fertilizing, pest control and nursery management
- Manage the greenhouse day to day activities
RequiredQualifications
- University degree in Agriculture
- At least 3 years of experience in a relevant field
- Hydroponic greenhouse knowledge
- Expertise management in agricultural projects and development
- Pest control
- Irrigation systems
- Experience of developing and executing harvest strategies within hydroponic greenhouses
- Seeds knowledge
- Experience with organic vegetable farming and fertilization: tomato and cucumber
- Experience in working with data
- Knowledge of Priva soft is a plus
