Description
Bycop is a regional company that is going start operations in the trade and manufacturing of Home Textiles in Armenia. We are looking for a Stitching/Sewing supervisor with 10 year's experience in Stitching/sewing of textile preferably in Home Textiles
Responsibilities
-Supervise the production processes set by production manager and follow process and procedures accordingly
-Supervise cutting, sewing, stitching, and packing process
-Responsible for proper sanitary and hygienic condition of the premises, and equipment of the factory
-Organizes and coordinates the work of its subordinates, gives instructions, follow-up performance
-Supervise and make sure that each laborer takes care of the equipment of the factory and takes the necessary preventive maintenance actions
-In case of malfunction, he / she represents a repair request and supervises their performance
RequiredQualifications
-Higher technical education
-At least 10 years of professional experience
-MS Office knowledge is a plus
-Knowledge of English language is a plus
-Skills for managing people
-Responsible
