Description
Bycop is a regional company that is going start operations in the trade and manufacturing of Home Textiles in Armenia. We are looking for a professional to contribute to Bycop's Factory cost control and budgeting processes by making sure that all supervisors are working according to the budget.

Responsibilities
-Participate in short term and long term budget processes: data collection, analysis and submission into the systems
-Prepare and submit monthly closing reports
-Be responsible for Cost of Sales accurate and timely calculation
-Analyze financials and prepare/submit reports to the management with the information required for planning and organizing of activities in the cost-efficient manner

RequiredQualifications
-Required Qualifications
-Bachelor Degree with a knowledge in Finance/Accounting
-Ability to effectively communicate with management, peers and other departments
-Attention to detail and strong analytical, solution-oriented thinking
-Excellent interpersonal skills
-Ability to self-start and work well independently under limited direction
-Ability to manage multiple tasks / initiatives on tight schedules and timelines
-Ability of working in a fast paced, dynamic environment
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Advanced in Microsoft Excel

-KEY SKILLS:
-Good communication skills and ability to present and communicate to the different functions and layers
-Flexibility and the ability to work under very tight deadlines managing numerous projects
-Ability to manage multiple tasks
-Ability to timely coordinate the input data collection/consolidation from different functions
-Adapt to changing business requirements in a fast pace work environment
-Comfort level in interacting with all levels of the organization
-Commitment to accuracy to delivering financial solutions that balance business needs with corporate objectives
