Responsibilities
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Deal with customer complaints according to Company's complaint procedure
- Effectively resolve problematic cases of customers
- Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
- Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance
- Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
- Train, motivate, mentor and provide feedback to G-shop staff
- Plan and ensure staff attendance schedules
- Ensure smooth financial operation of the G-shop by maintaining statistical and financial records
- Prepare and provide regular financial and operational reports to company leadership
- Manage smooth warehousing operations

- Proven successful experience in service management
- 3 year of related experience
- Bachelor's degree
