Description
The company is looking for initiative, innovative, modern-thinking, virtually active individuals with high social media presence to organize the Social Media Monitoring process. The goal of monitoring is to ensure that the footprint of Ameriabank across digital and virtual media is as active as possible and make sure that the company is always up-to-date and able to maintain effective feedback with existing and potential customers.

Responsibilities
- Monitor newspapers, magazines, websites, news, social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google+, YouTube, etc.), as well as radio and TV on daily basis for any information concerning the brand and companies of the Group;
- Analyze the results of monitoring; make forecasts; report to the management;
- Review, analyze and respond to news and published comments in social media;
- Study and forecast social media activity trends;
- Study and implement best practices;
- Study, implement and apply automated social media monitoring tools;
- Work closely with the PR team;
- Work closely with other companies in the field;
- Coordinate team members and their work;
- Report to the management;
- Lead projects.

RequiredQualifications
- University degree;
- At least 3 years of experience in social media monitoring and content writing; experience in an IT-related sphere is a plus;
- Attention and ability to spot details;
- Analytical skills;
- Ability to lead and coordinate teams;
- Advanced knowledge of and experience in using social media and search engines; developed usage skills;
- Ability to correctly categorize reviewed and collected data by degree of importance or relevance; analytical and decision-making skills;
- Ability to make decisions quickly in a highly fluid environment;
- Excellent command of Armenian language; good knowledge of Russian and English languages.
