Description
The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring relevance and competitiveness of Bank's products and product development process management.

Responsibilities
- Ensure the Bank's product development policy;
- Ensure compliance of product development processes with strategic objectives of the Bank;
- Responsible for product development, introduction and upgrow methodology compilation, as well as relevant events management;
- Prepare and present business proposals to the management of the Bank;
- Product development process management - from strategic planning to final sale;
- Responsible for overall coordination of the Division;
- Participate in the process of training new employees.

RequiredQualifications
- University degree in Economics or related fields;
- At least 5 years of relevant professional work experience, of which 3 years in sales in banking;
- Knowledge of banking and banking legislation;
- Knowledge of finance;
- Knowledge of civil code;
- Coordinating skills;
- Communication and presentation skills;
- Creativity;
- Analytical skills;
- Sales skills;
- Teamwork and flexibility;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages;
- Good command of MS Office.
