Description
Converse Bank CJSC is seeking an experienced Corporate Finance Manager to effectively engage new corporate clients, ensuring provision of efficient services, as well as monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Ensure market research to identify new potential customers and effectively attract them;
- Ensure proper management of current portfolio;
- Conduct target, financial and other planned monitoring of customer credit products;
- Follow up on timely fulfillment of obligations between customer and the Bank;
- Establish strong communication between customers and the Bank;
- Make analysis to identify financial status of beneficiaries;
- Ensure credit information, as well as other supporting documents are properly prepared according to the Bank requirements to submit to supervisor;
- Perform other assignments of the Manager.
RequiredQualifications
- University degree in Economics, Finance or other respective field;
- At least 3 years of banking experience, preferably in agro lending practices;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of Armenian Software;
- Sales and customer acquisition skills;
- Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Effective and efficient problem solving skills;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Ability to deal with classified information.
