Description
EKENG CJSC is looking for a smart, motivated and experienced Technical Monitoring Expert to support and develop an effective and efficient IT infrastructure supporting business requirements. The incumbent will provide expertise in planning and coordinating the design, installation and connectivity of server and network systems to ensure the stable operation of the critical environment IT assets. This includes developing, configuring, maintaining, supporting and optimizing all new and existing hardware, software and systems.
Responsibilities
The responsibilities include but are but not limited to:
- Implement analysis and monitoring of current network, as well as elaborate modernization tools;
- Disclose and assess the root causes of existing basic technical issues;
- Analyze incidents, predict upcoming troubles, as well as elaborate quick-response procedures;
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues;
- Evaluate hardware and software technical state.
RequiredQualifications
- Ability to work in 24 hour rotating shifts;
- Experience in technical support;
- Strong organization skills;
- Ability to coordinate work within the team;
- Ability to take ownership of work;
- Ability to respond to issues and meet deadlines;
- Technical background;
- Technical aptitude; computer literacy; ability to quickly learn new applications;
- Basic understanding of the following protocols: IPv4, TCP/ UDP, DHCP and ARP;
- Knowledge of Linux/ Unix systems will be a plus;
- Strong troubleshooting skills;
- Good team and individual player;
- Strong knowledge of social networks and community management skills;
- Fluency in written and spoken Armenian, Russian and English languages.
