LogistAuto.Am LLC is looking for a specialist to fill the position of Accountant/ Cashier.
Responsibilities
- Process financial/ accounting records (accounts payable and receivables as well as E-invoicing);
- Carry out banking operations, prepare and register payment orders;
- Responsible for verification of the amount of cash, transfer of funds and daily balance control;
- Maintain the cash register and handle cash transactions with customers;
- Responsible for month-end reconciliation of bank accounts;
- Responsible for inventory accounting;
- Maintain ongoing bookkeeping records, invoices and other documentation in an accurate way;
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.
RequiredQualifications
- University degree in Finance, Accounting or other related fields;
- At least 1 year of experience in finance and accounting;
- Knowledge of 1C program is a plus; advanced knowledge of MS Excel;
- Strong knowledge of Armenian and Russian languages;
- Knowledge of English language will be a plus;
- Excellent listening and communication skills;
- Good teamwork skills.
