Responsibilities
- Product life cycle management: expert assessment of the project, analysis of the market and competitors, participation in the creation of a project development concept and its implementation
- Management of product development processes, issues of its improvement and modification
- Participation in the expansion of product functions, interaction with the technical director regarding development processes
- Risk prediction, informing senior management about the necessary costs, legal aspects, etc
- Management of organizational processes, control of product development, ensuring the timely execution of tasks
- Organization of communication units, transmission the main strategic goals to the company's specialists, improving the efficiency of teams
- Establishment of external relations of the organization, in particular, with government agencies in accordance with the approved strategy of the company
- Interaction with partners and vendors of the project
RequiredQualifications
- Experience in leadership positions for at least 3 years
- Higher education (economic, engineering, economic, legal)
- Understanding the specifics of the IT industry
- Organization, ability for analytical thinking and a systematic approach to solving problems
- High stress tolerance
- The ability to articulate and present thoughts, argue decisions
- Knowledge of Russian, English language
