Responsibilities
We are on a mission to improve people's lives and we need your help to:
- Receives and screens telephone calls, letters, and/or visitors, answering routine questions and obtaining and furnishing information to save Executive Officer's time
- Schedules appointments and coordinates arrangements for meetings, conferences and travel
- Prepares regular reports, gathering, summarizing, and analyzing data
- Maintains a variety of correspondence, reports, and presentations in accordance with internal procedures
- Opens and distributes mail, responds with form letters to routine requests, drafts and types routine letters
- Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel

RequiredQualifications
We value all skills, but at this position mainly we need:
- University degree, preferably in Journalism, Linguistics or related field
- Proven work experience as an assistant or other relevant administrative support
- Professional level verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive approach to problem-solving with multi-tasking skills
- Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Friendly and professional demeanor
