Description
Graphic designer creates visual concepts, by hand or using computer software, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers, maintaining image quality requirements. He/she develops the overall layout and production design for advertisements, brochures, magazines, promotions, internal work, campaign marketing, social media, corporate reports and other areas of brand representation, implementing guides. Graphic Designer/Photographer should be highly creative, enthusiastic and energetic with good imagination and strong web content design skills.

Responsibilities
-Design and manage newsletters, develop page layouts, custom graphics and formatting content and other marketing materials upon request.
-Develop graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and Internet websites;
-Develop concepts and design materials including advertisements, flyers, vouchers,
-Determine desired images and picture composition, select and adjust subjects, equipment, and lighting to achieve desired effects,
-Develop expertise with software to digitally enhance images by, for example, changing emphasis, cropping pictures, correcting minor faults,
-Create promotional displays, packaging, and marketing brochures
-Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness
-Review final layouts and suggest improvements as needed.
-Estimate the time required to complete projects
-Assist the marketing team with marketing, brainstorming and advertising strategies,
-Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities
-Work as part of a team with copywriters, designers, executives
-Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
-Carrying out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends
-Provide seasonal window design in store chain in correspondence with presented brand requirements
-Follow brand merchandising standards and manage product placement in stores accordingly
-Organizing events such as product launches, exhibitions and photo shoots
-Organizing trainings for new products and trends
RequiredQualifications
-University degree in Graphic Design or a related field;
-At least 3 years of experience as a designer;
-Working experience in the field of commercial photography is preferable;
-Excellent knowledge of Adobe CC, Illustrator, Photoshop , Corel Draw, Acrobat and other graphic design programs;
-Knowledge of HTML ,CSS and JavaScript is a plus;
-Knowledge of Russian and English languages;
-Competitive industry knowledge and creative personality
-Ability to translate ideas into strong promotional designs;
-Ability to properly estimate assigned tasks and to work with tight deadlines;
-Flexible to work independently and as a part of a team;
-High sense of responsibility, creativity and attention to details;
-An understanding of trends and an ability to respond to customers' wishes
-Creativity and an ability to produce innovative and original ideas
-The ability to manage and allocate budgets
-Time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
-An ability to think strategically and come up with campaigns
-In-depth understanding of the company's current products and future concepts
