Description
TITLE: Security & Premises Maintenance Controller
JOB PURPOSE: Ensure the good functioning of all Byblos Bank Armenia security equipment by controlling related monitors and checking staff satisfaction.
Responsibilities
-Monitors and controls all safety and security systems available in the control room.
-Supervises the temporary access of 3rd parties to the CR (maintenance, cleaning, etc.) and ensures that no equipment, object or document is harmed or misplaced.
-Ensures the good functioning of all security equipment by controlling surveillance and security systems.
-Detects video footage for fraud claims by referring to the recorded incident on the DVR and notifying BM/ABM of the outcome.
-Directly contacts the police department in case of any robbery detected.
-Detects on control room monitors any power failure, security intrusion, CCTV camera or DVR notifications, fire alarms, heat detection, water leakage, etc
RequiredQualifications
-High school degree, BT/TS in mechanical engineering or other related fields.
-Note: educational requirements may be substituted with equivalent experience.
-3-5 years of relevant experience
-Detail orientation and teamwork skills
