A successful HR Specialist will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources.
HR Specialist will be responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: employee relations, on-boarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment.
Responsibilities
-Analyze, forecast and plan the company's Human Resource needs, taking into account the structure and growth
-Creates job descriptions for existing and future vacancies, provides information to employees about policies, job duties, working terms, opportunities for promotion and benefits
-Oversee hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks
-Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
-Create and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience as candidates move through the hiring funnel
-On-board new employees in order to become fully integrated
-Conducts job reviews, performance appraisals, performance evaluations and feedback, coaches, counsels and develops career paths for employees
-Respond to employees' queries and resolve issue in a timely and professional manner
-Screen candidates resumes and job applications
-Promote company's reputation as "best place to work"
-Attend career fairs for recruiting and company recognition
-Give presentations at universities, attend student group meetings, and increase awareness of the company before and after career fairs
-Assist HR team in realization of daily tasks and ongoing duties
RequiredQualifications
-Graduate degree
-1+ year of work experience in HR
-Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages
-Excellent knowledge of staff management good practices and principles
-Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
-Hands on experience with various selection processes
-Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment
-Proven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills
-Strong decision-making skills
-Effective oral and written communication skills
-Ability to work with various departments and independently with minimal supervision
-Skills in database management and record keeping
-Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work
-Ability to gather and analyze information skillfully
-Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
