Responsibilities
- Be readily available for the teams and hotel guests, and work with the General Manager to ensure a high level of quality for all services
- Contribute to team spirit and openness and maintain a good working atmosphere
- Be aware of and involved in the hotel's local environment
- Check the validity and updating of information for their hotel on TARS and the various websites
- Oversee the quality of the hotel's services and performance by reading guest feedback and answering them
- Participate in inter-hotel synergy, maintaining a good working relationship with the other Accor hotels in the market place
- Assist the General Manager in administrative tasks and elements relating to staff management
- Manage the flow of the information between GM and departments and following up tasks given by GM to relevant departments
- Handles all incoming/outgoing correspondence for the GM i.e. reports, forms, emails, courier requirements, facsimile messages, and composition of letters
- including editing/proofreading, spelling, punctuation, etc. of all written material
- Open the incoming post and organize agendas, answer and filter incoming calls, establish direct contact with GM and the outside world
- Perform other tasks assigned by General Manager
RequiredQualifications
- Higher education in the relevant field
- Proficiency in English and Russian languages, both oral and written
- Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Excellent communication skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Problem-solving skills
- Responsible, detail-minded
- Ability to work under pressure
- Result-oriented and goal-driven personality
- Ability of teamwork
