Description
EGT Express is looking for an experienced Customer Service Specialist to follow-up orders in progress and timely notify customers upon arrival. The incumbent should manage incoming and outgoing communication and document flow related to order execution. The successful candidate should have excellent communication and good problem-solving skills. Experience in international transportation and logistics is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for orders follow-up and tracking;
- Keep records of sales leads and orders;
- Responsible for customer database maintenance;
- Notify customer upon order arrival;
- Duly inform about expected arrivals and loading/ unloading status of the trucks;
- Maintain filing system.
RequiredQualifications
- Good knowledge of logistics and transportation processes, as well as international trade practices;
- Fluency in English, Russian and Armenian languages;
- Good communication skills;
- Experience in customer service activities is a plus;
- Experience with international companies is a plus.
