Description
DHL Express Armenia is seeking for candidates to fill the position of Customer service Agent.

Responsibilities
-Provide quality customer service to clients
-Order booking and shipment tracing
-Solve the problems and complaints from customers
-Provide a variety of customer service support duties to customers, ensuring timely and accurate information is provided to customers in a professional manner responding to inquiries through phone, mail, e-mail
-Face-to-face contact with customer in reception
-Prepare different types of contracts, references, appendixes and other documents

RequiredQualifications
-Higher education
-Experience in customer service appreciated
-Fluency in English, Russian and Armenian (both is verbal and written form)
-Knowledge of MS Office
-High sense of responsibility
-Effective negotiation and communication skills
-Ability to work in stressed situations, set priorities and be a quick decision maker
