Description
IUNetworks LLC is looking for a talented Account Manager, who will be in charge of serving as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
Responsibilities
-Serving as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
-Building and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
-Monitoring online resources on new tenders and potential sales leads
-Managing tenders application process - from initiation, requirements, feasibility analysis and the go-no-go decision to competitive proposal development and submission
-Negotiating contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
-Developing trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
-Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of the solutions according to the customer needs and objectives
-Clearly, communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
-•Developing new business with the existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
-•Forecasting and tracking key account metrics (eg quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
-•Preparing reports on account status
-•Collaborating with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities
-•Assisting with challenging client requests or issuing escalations as needed
RequiredQualifications
-BS/MS degree in business administration, technical or a related field
-Proven account management or other relevant experience
-Proven ability to manage multiple accounts at a time while paying strict attention to details
-Strong business sense and industry expertise
-•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Knowledge of Russian and English languages
-Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
-Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity
-Outstanding communication skills and customer orientation
-Experience working with governmental, international organizations and NGO's is an advantage
