Description
Deltapro LLC is looking for an experienced and highly motivated HR Manager to coordinate, manage and monitor the Company's existing staff, as well as carry on new staff hiring process.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for new staff hiring and headhunting, CV revision and interviews;
- Revise Company structure and make recommendations;
- Responsible for continuous staff monitoring, estimation of work effectiveness;
- Develop and set-up KPI mechanism for back-office staff;
- Responsible for internal corporate culture development;
- Responsible for staff team-buildings and trainings;
- Write job descriptions and prepare contracts for new hiring;
- Maintain staff timesheets and leave records;
- Develop staff benefits system;
- Perform other HR related day-to-day activities and tasks.
RequiredQualifications
- University degree;
- At least 2 years of professional experience as an HR Manager or in a similar position;
- Detailed knowledge of the Labor Code and related State regulatory requirements;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Good problem-solving skills;
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills;
- Team management skills;
- Enthusiastic and energetic personality.
