The QA technician role plays an important part in our company's product development process. Responsibilities
-Create, document, execute and maintain test plans to perform functional, load and performance tests for large-scale, complex software systems and Mobile applications
-Apply development and technical skills to all aspects of QA, including automated functional and integration tests and the setup of production like environments
-Configure, setup and maintain automation framework in CI/CD
-Estimate, plan and coordinate testing activities
-Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
-Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
-Identify, record and track bugs
-Report bugs and errors to development teams
-Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
-Liaise with internal teams to identify system requirements
-Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
RequiredQualifications
-5+ years of experience in software quality assurance
-Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
-Solid experience in test-driven development, functional testing, system integration testing, regression testing, GUI testing, web service testing, browser compatibility testing and Mobile applications testing.
-Capable to write test automation programs using JMeter and Selenium/Appium frameworks
-Ability to quickly and independently learn about new technologies, business and technical terms and concepts is essential
-Automation experience is required
-Experience with CI/CD tools and test automation setups is essential
-Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
-Excellent communication skills
-Attention to detail
-Strong organizational skills
-Fluency in English
