Responsibilities
- Provide support for senior level executives as well as different teams in a fast-paced environment;
- Responsible for international and local travel requests (visa procedures, flights, hotel bookings);
- Coordinate/arrange meetings, welcome clients and guests;
- Make biddings, order office supply, take deliveries;
- Prepare financial reports on the expenses;
- Assistance in events preparations, close cooperation with HR and Accounting Departments;
- Manage obstacles to getting work done;
- Other routine administrative functions.
RequiredQualifications
- 1+ year experience as an executive assistant and/or travel agent;
- Ability to handle administrative details independently, while exercising good judgment in keeping team members adequately informed;
- Grace under pressure, and the ability to switch gears at a moment’s notice;
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills;
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint;
- Excellent reception services;
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills both in Armenian and English.
