Description
Tel-Cell CJSC is looking for a Web Developer to be responsible for the coding, innovative design and layout of the Company's website.

Responsibilities
- Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices;
- Create website layout/ user interface by using standard HTML/ CSS practices;
- Integrate data from various back-end services and databases;
- Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs;
- Create and maintain software documentation;
- Responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling the Company's site;
- Stay plugged into emerging technologies/ industry trends and apply them into operations and activities.

RequiredQualifications
- At least 2 years of experience with Java;
- Excellent knowledge of Java and OOP;
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL and experience with MSSQL;
- Knowledge of JS/ jQuery, CSS, HTML, Angular and TypeScript;
- Experience with ActiveMQ;
- Good experience with Linux;
- Experience using RESTful API, JSON and XML;
- Experience with GIT, Mercurial and SVN version control systems;
- Good knowledge of Russian language, and knowledge of technical English language.
