Responsibilities
- Arrange travel and accommodation for employees and company guests
- Serve as a general resource and point of contact for travel-related issues; assist employees with travel-related issues or concerns
- Negotiate with vendors for group discounts
- Coordinate, supervise and implement every aspects of travel arrangements for employees
- Receive and respond to incoming travel requests on behalf of the organization
- Collect visa application documents, make appointments
- Organize transfers (airport, hotel or event venue etc.)
- Research optimal travel alternatives, negotiate, and secure rate with airlines, car rental companies, and hotels
- Per diem provision and follow up of trip expense appropriate records
- Ensure safe and efficient travel operations, in accordance with organizational policies and guidelines
- Ensure accurate, complete, and timely processing of travel requests and travel expense reports
- Perform special projects and assignments as directed
RequiredQualifications
- Higher education, degree in appropriate field is preferred (e.g. hospitality, travel)
- Experience in corporate travel or travel agency is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Word
- Good knowledge of English and Russian languages
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- Extremely well-organized, able to multitask and prioritize
- Positive attitude toward job
- Attention to details, patience, and persistence
