Responsibilities
- Set up accounts and workstations
- Users support including troubleshooting and problem isolation
- Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues our users encounter
- Respond to and resolve help desk requests
- Software installation, installed computers setup and testing
- Create job report and update documents
RequiredQualifications
- Higher economic or technical education
- A working knowledge of IT operating systems
- Knowledge of XML, HTML, PHP is a plus
- Knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages
- Excellent communication skills
