Responsibilities
- Directs, coordinates and participates in activities of personnel engaged in such activities as: a) Wages and salary administration b) Benefits administration c) Labor and employee relations d) Hiring, orienting or terminating employees e) Advising management and HODs' on all personnel matters
- Timekeeping: a) Develops and implements systems and procedures for hiring personnel
- Sees to that all company policies, rules and regulations are observed and enforced
- Confirms the documentation of personnel in accordance with the changes in legislation and supplementations of Republic of Armenia
- Answers employee requests and questions
- Checks the cleanliness of personnel offices, employee locker rooms and lockers and employees' cafeteria
- Organizes meetings between management and employees
- Drafts reports to General Manager
RequiredQualifications
- Higher education
- Not less than 2 years of work experience
- Knowledge of RA Legislation
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages
- Computer skills/MS Office
- Team worker
- Ability to keep deadlines
