Responsibilities
- Organize the work of the team
- Carry out with the staff the tasks assigned to the branch
- Solve current work issues
- Track the availability of the required quantity of products
- If needed, assist customers in choosing the product, consult on the range of products sold in the store, on their features and consumer characteristics
- Participate in sales of products, presenting customers the advertised items, informing the existing system of discounts and promotions
- Participate in training programs organized by the Company, and accreditation
RequiredQualifications
- Higher education
- 1-2 years of experience in managing a brand store
- Knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Staff motivation skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent oral and writing communication skills
