Responsibilities
- Creating web based applications based on business requirements
- Working on multiple projects with the development team
- Writing secure code
- Participating in all phases of the development life cycle, focusing on coding, testing, and debugging
- Research, evaluate and analyze technical and design requirements
- Troubleshoot and fix bugs/flaws within websites to ensure servers are running optimally
- Other activities related to the position set by the team lead
RequiredQualifications
- BS degree in Computer Science or a related area or equivalent working experience
- 4+ years of experience in Back End Web Development
- Strong knowledge of Web standards and protocols, web development technologies/ production tools such as JavaScript Libraries and jQuery
- Strong knowledge HTML, CSS, PHP
- Knowledge of and experience in PHP interfacing with a relational database of MySQL
- Ability to quickly troubleshoot and repair issues on websites
- Experience with
- Understanding of cross platform/ browser compatibility issues
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience with multiple breakpoint and responsive design techniques
- Hard-working and responsible personality eager to learn new technologies
- Ability to communicate with teammates, encourage acceptance of ideas
