Description
The Customer Service Receptionist is responsible for customer service support.
Responsibilities
- Organize client involvement by presenting the terms, tariffs and advantages of the Bank's services;
- Introduce the customer service peculiarities of the Bank, identify clients' needs and direct them to the relevant specialist;
- Provide customers with necessary information about services offered by the Bank, their terms, tariffs, loans and deposits, providing relevant printed materials;
- Participate directly in the Bank's sales process by up-selling and cross-selling;
- At the customer's request, make required actions related to the movement of documents required by internal legal acts of the Bank;
- Prepare and provide references, extracts, documents, contracts, etc. at the customer's request;
- Perform other activities related to the Division by the instruction of the Head of Division.
RequiredQualifications
- Higher education, preferably in the field of Finance or Economics;
- Fluent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Excellent communicative abilities;
- Team work skills; ability to quickly navigate the situations;
- Initiative person with a sense of responsibility;
- Analytical and practical flexible thinking, presentation, engagement and collaboration skills;
- Work experience in the banking system will be considered as an advantage.
