Description
TeamViewer has an immediately opening for highly skilled Agile Product Owner for IoT platform product.
Responsibilities
-Drive one or more Scrum Teams as a Product Owner
-Clearly express Product Backlog items
-Order the items in the Product Backlog to the best achievement of goals and missions
-Optimize the value of the work performed by the Development Team
-Motivate the team with a clear, elevating goal
-Ensure the Development Team understands items in the Product Backlog to the level needed
-Define clear Acceptance Criteria per feature
-Provide final approval on story completion
-Conduct backlog grooming meetings
-Monitor the progress of the project, as well as plan for product release
-Present project status reports during Sprint review meetings
-Contact customers and end users to obtain information on expected product features
RequiredQualifications
-The following knowledge, skills, and abilities may have been acquired through a combination of formal schooling, self-education, prior experience, or on-the-job training:
-Experience with IoT/hardware/microcontrollers is a strong advantage
-Educational background in the fields of Computer Science or Engineering is an advantage
-Software development experience is a strong advantage
-At least 2 years of experience, ideally working as an Agile Product Owner in a B2B area with international clients
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills both in verbal and written English language; Fluency in Armenian language
-Ability to manage multiple products and priorities simultaneously
-Ability to manage the internal team workflow and task assignments
-Ability to integrate teams of professionals around common goals
-Strong presentation and report writing skills
-Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
-Solid organizational skills including attention to details and multi-tasking skills
-Ability to lead prioritization discussions and facilitate agreement
-"Can-do" attitude that fosters a positive productive working environment, especially in stressful or pressured situations. Ability to work under pressure
-Sense of responsibility; ability to meet deadlines
-Energetic and passionate personality
-Experience/Certification with Scrum/Agile is an advantage
-Proficiency in Atlassian products, including JIRA and Confluence is an advantage
