Description
Career Center is looking for an HR/ Office Manager for its Partner Company.
Responsibilities
- Organize personnel files of the employees and manage employment contracts in compliance with the Labour Legislation;
- Maintain records of vacations and leaves;
- Manage the recruitment process: prepare job announcements, shortlist candidates, conduct interviews and assist in the selection of the candidates;
- Conduct effective trainings for the staff to motivate them;
- Responsible for office administration: answer calls, follow up on email correspondence;
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
RequiredQualifications
- Higher education in a related field;
- 3 years of work experience in human resources field;
- Knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages;
- Computer skills: MS World, Excel; confident Internet user;
- Knowledge of 1C and AS is an advantage;
- Knowledge of current RA Labour Legislation;
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to details;
- Strong leadership and management ability in HR field;
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment;
- Ability to work under strict deadlines;
- Non-smoker.
