Description
The Procurement Specialist/ Accountant will be responsible for Company's procurement processes, accounting and financial transactions and related administrative functions.

Responsibilities
- Process purchase requisitions/ orders within purchasing authority;
- Invite, assess, and award/ recommend supplier tenders, bids, quotations, and proposals;
- Establish and negotiate contract terms and conditions, and maintain supplier relationships;
- Prepare and maintain purchasing records, reports and price lists;
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to determine procurement needs, quality, and delivery requirements;
- Assist in the development of specifications for equipment, materials, and services to be purchased;
- Administer contract performance, including delivery, receipt, warranty, damages and insurance;
- Responsible for relationship management with outsourced companies and suppliers (construction companies; office suppliers, etc.);
- Address staff purchasing needs and supervise purchasing clerks;
- Ensure financial records maintenance in compliance with the Company's policies and procedures;
- Implement different tasks and functions via ArmSoft appointed by Chief Accountant;
- Follow and implement financial transactions appointed by Chief Accountant;
- Manage contracts of different projects occurring in the Company;
- Organize financial processes and reports for different projects;
- Accurately track expenses for the CEO by managing credit cards and receipts;
- Perform other job-related duties.

RequiredQualifications
- Graduate degree in Finance, Management, Economics or a related field;
- At least 2 years of work experience in a similar position and ability to work with high level executives;
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken Armenian, English and Russian languages;
- Excellent time-management skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines;
- Ability to work under high pressure and availability to work on weekends and non-working hours;
- Good knowledge of ArmSoft and advanced PC user;
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills;
- Adherence to higher working ethical standards (honesty, dedication and responsibility), innovative thinking, confidentiality and political neutrality.
