Description
Breavis is looking for a responsible Office Manager/ Executive Assistant to the CEO to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. He/ she should perform both administrative and clerical duties, be involved in Office management and procurement processes and related administrative functions.

Responsibilities
- Provide a comprehensive secretarial and administration service to the CEO across the range of his work;
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments;
- Plan, coordinate and ensure the CEO's schedule is followed and respected. Provide a "gatekeeper" and "gateway" role, creating win-win situations for direct access to the CEO's time and Office;
- Book and arrange travel, transport and accommodation;
- Work closely and effectively with the CEO to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately. Act as a "barometer," having a sense for the issues taking place in the environment and keeping the CEO updated;
- Support in administrative operations of Office management and logistics;
- Translate required materials from Armenian into English/ Russian and vice versa;
- Perform miscellaneous tasks to support the CEO, which may vary according to the sector and to the manager's remit;
- Maintain the Office condition and arrange necessary repairs;
- Organize Office operations and procedures;
- Address employees' queries regarding Office management issues (e.g. stationery, hardware and travel arrangements);
- Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services.

RequiredQualifications
- Higher education;
- At least 2 years of work experience in a similar position and ability to work with high level executives;
- Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to seamlessly perform and prioritize multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail;
- Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff and external partner;
- Knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages;
- Expert level of written and verbal communication skills;
- Excellent time-management skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines;
- Demonstrated proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability;
- Emotional maturity;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point);
- Adherence to higher working ethical standards (honesty, dedication, responsibility and innovative thinking).
