Responsibilities
- Coordinate, manage and monitor the workflow of various units in the hotel
- Manage daily activities, implement operational plans
- Prepare agendas for monthly staff meetings
- Monitor and analyze current processes and check their effectiveness
- Improve the operational systems and processes upon need
- Develop good communication channels in order to ensure the business is effective in its approach
- Support and develop team members ensuring their skills
- Provide reporting for the management
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by the management
RequiredQualifications
- Higher education in Hospitality/Tourism is an advantage
- Minimum 1 year experience as an Administrative or Operational assistant
- Excellent communication skills in English, Armenian, Russian languages
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask on a daily basis
- Have critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Strong management, organizational, interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Word
- Team player
