FINCA UCO CJSC is looking for an Network Enginner to maintain a reliable, secure and efficient data communications network. The incumbent will be able to deploy, configure, maintain and monitor all active network equipment in order to ensure smooth network operation.

Responsibilities
- Fully support, configure, maintain and upgrade corporate networks;
- Support and administer third-party network related applications and services;
- Ensure network connectivity throughout the Company's LAN/ WAN infrastructure is on par with technical considerations;
- Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput and latency) and test for weaknesses;
- Define network policies and procedures;
- Specify network requirements and design solutions;
- Research and make recommendations on network system administration;
- Ensure proper security level and internet usage restrictions.

RequiredQualifications
- Proven experience in a Network Administrator or Network Engineer role;
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field;
- Hands-on experience in networking, routing, switching and firewall configuration;
- Excellent knowledge of best practices around management, control, and monitoring of network infrastructure;
- Hands-on experience with OSPF dynamic routing, IPSEC site-to-site tunnels, BGP routing, VLANS, etc.;
- Experience with L2/ L3 switches, Cisco ASA firewalls, monitoring and logging software;
- Experience with Asterisk based PBX (Elastix and FreePBX) is a plus;
- Cisco CCNA or other equivalent certifications is a plus;
- Knowledge of English, Russian and Armenian languages;
- Self-motivated and proactive person.
