Responsibilities
- Compile weekly, monthly, quarterly and other reports on the collection process and submit to the Supervisor
- Elaborate and maintain clients' and debtors' databases
- Contact and visit debtors with outstanding obligations
- Reconcile customer disputes with the debtors
- Provide excellent and ցonsiderate customer service to clients
- Participate in team planning meetings
- Meet defined department goals
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Supervisor
RequiredQualifications
- At least three years' experience in a Bank Debt Collection department, a Universal Credit Organization or a similar position
- Bachelor's Degree in Law, Economics, Business Administration or other related field
- Demonstrated skill in negotiating and resolving conflicts
- Ability to speak persuasively and listen critically
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task and meet tight deadlines
- Stress resilience and positive mindset
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Proficiency in Armenian, English and Russian
- Advanced skills using MS Office and database software, operating knowledge of ArmBank Software is an asset
