Responsibilities
- Control inventory and replenish stock of all parts;
- Analyze add-to-inventory requests presented by the Parts Sales Department;
- Analyze and process minimum-level change orders;
- Operate and control the product tracking opportunity system;
- Initiate and implement the annual parts return process;
- Submit reports related to parts logistics operations and inventory analysis;
- Analyze the spare parts warehouse and inventory data;
- Analyze customer orders;
- Responsible for sales analysis per salesman;
- Responsible for sales analysis per branch;
- Responsible for sales analysis per major class of spare parts;
- Responsible for inventory analysis;
- Follow up and implement the marketing programs of Caterpillar spare parts and develop new projects;
- Participate in international and local-level logistics projects;
- Gather and analyze information on machine and engine population.

RequiredQualifications
- Higher education, preferably in a technical field;
- Good knowledge of English language;
- Advanced PC user;
- Experience in Logistics, preferably in an international company;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to work under pressure with deadlines;
- Motivated and enthusiastic personality.
