Responsibilities
Develop and drive the company's strategy for both internal and external communications
Publish original SEO-friendly website and blog content
Write instructional video scripts
Help develop and implement social media marketing strategy to increase brand exposure on key social networks
Collaborate with digital media producer to generate, edit and publish original and effective call-to-action video content
Create and manage written promotional materials and content for social media ad campaigns
Handle PR matters and respond to sensitive customer reviews to promote and protect Ginosi's public image
Respond to media inquiries and manage press relations
Proofread English texts for internal and external communication
Write original articles and act as Editor-in-chief of the Ginosi Gazette (internal newsletter)
Other duties as assigned
RequiredQualifications
B.A./M.A degree in English, Creative Writing, Journalism, or related field, preferably from a university in an English-speaking country
At least 2 years experience writing complex texts (e.g. analytical articles, English language scripts)
Professional understanding of copywriting and content marketing principles
Strong practical knowledge of written and verbal communication techniques
Solid experience in proofreading and editing
Work experience in SMM and familiarity with basic SEO tactics
Experience writing compelling, product-focused content is preferred
Technical writing experience is a plus
Positive attitude and receptive to change in a dynamic environment
A result-driven, enthusiastic team player motivated to take initiative and think creatively
Published author/blogger with a significant online following is a big plus
Ability to assume leadership and take end responsibility for an important business function
