Description
We are looking for talented people who are ready to join our growing family. Working on this position you will take care about our customers issues. The position implies mixed working schedule including morning, evening as well as night shifts.

Responsibilities
-Provide customer service and respond to customer inquiries via online and phone support
-Evaluate problems of the customers and provide logical lasting solutions
-Troubleshoot and escalate the issues to appropriate departments
-Handle and resolve customer complaints
-Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
-Manage administration
-Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
-Perform other tasks, as required
RequiredQualifications
-Excellent knowledge of Armenian and English languages
-Good knowledge Russian language (other languages is a plus)
-Work experience in customer care service will be a plus
-Knowledge of MS Office
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-Customer service orientation
-Listening, problem analysis and problem-solving skills
-Attention to detail and accuracy
-Stress tolerance
-Ability to work in team
-Knowledge of sports or gambling is a plus
