Responsibilities
- Provide customer service and respond to customer inquiries via online and phone support
- Evaluate problems of the customers and provide logical lasting solutions
- Troubleshoot and escalate the issues to appropriate departments
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
- Manage administration
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- Perform other tasks, as required
RequiredQualifications
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian and English languages
- Good knowledge Russian language (other languages is a plus)
- Work experience in customer care service will be a plus
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer service orientation
- Listening, problem analysis and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Stress tolerance
- Ability to work in team
- Knowledge of sports or gambling is a plus
