BG Solutions is looking for a Web Designer to implement new solutions for global market.

Responsibilities
- Identify problems through testing and customer feedback, and find solutions or refer to appropriate personnel for correction;
- Assist colleagues and the flow of projects via the Company's project management tool;
- Deliver quality work in a timely manner;
- Be a team player and a great problem solver;
- Cultivate creativity with an ability to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions;
- Maintain flexibility and responsiveness to the Company's needs.

RequiredQualifications
- At least 4 years of experience in design;
- Excellent design skills, and an eye for detail;
- Ability to develop using HTML;
- Knowledge of responsive frameworks;
- Work experience in a corporate environment;
- Strong communication skills;
- Ability to debug, troubleshoot and modify webpages;
- Proficient user of Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator;
- Ability to work on multiple projects, organize information, set priorities and meet deadlines;
- Willingness to take design direction;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Meticulous attention to detail and follow-through skills;
- Collaborative work style and commitment to getting the job done;
- Ability to work with others in a fast-paced, deadline oriented environment;
- Ability to communicate and cooperate with other technology and non-technology based employees; strong organizational and multitasking skills;
- Sharp eye for design and highly organized personality.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Person with user experience as a UX Designer or Designer;
- Person with experience as a Front End Designer.
