Responsibilities
 Quickly consume and understand business strategy and operating models; apply gap analysis techniques to create long-term technical strategy;
- Manage and design systems in AWS or other cloud providers;
- Ensure that IT capabilities match business needs and goals;
- Obtain knowledge and mentor other team members in a wide range of business systems;
- Effectively communicate goals, metrics, and value propositions to peers;
- Effectively lead technical transformation and organizational change;
- Be teachable, give and receive feedback, and demonstrate success in their discipline on a consistent and transparent basis;
- Be technology-agnostic; should not have a personal agenda or bias around technical decisions;
- Be passionate about creating solutions, and solving complex problems – in the right way, at the right time, and for the right reasons;
- Be collaborative service provider to Workfront's intra-business customers.

RequiredQualifications

•  Experience with Java, Python, Ruby, PHP and JavaScript;
  
• Experience with orchestration and configuration management tools such as Docker, Salt, Consul or others;
  
• Experience with AWS or other cloud providers;
  
• Experience with Git, GitLab, Jenkins and other CI/ CD tools;
  
• Experience using Linux in internal systems;
  
• Experience supporting Linux, Windows and Mac OS;
  
• Ability to work well with remote employees;
  
• Effective written and verbal communication skills;
  
• Proven ability to learn and grow through self-study;
  
• Experience in supporting a large, fast-paced, always-on, enterprise technology organization;
  
• Experience in using orchestration and configuration management tools;
  
• Bachelor's degree in an Information Technology related field or equivalent work experience;
  
• At least 3 years of enterprise DevOps experience, preferably in a customer facing environment with increasing responsibility;
  
• Ability to successfully multitask on several initiatives simultaneously and prioritize effectively;
  
• Strong triage and troubleshooting skills;
  
• Strong people skills with the ability and desire to communicate in a open and honest manner;
  
• Flexible schedule (willingness to work nights/ weekends as needed) and a desire to build systems that don't need fixing on the weekends/ nights.
