Description
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the day-to-day administration and logistics of the face-to-face and online learning programs
- Organize logistics of the face-to-face trainings in Armenia and support other countries of Europe region
- Support in administration of the Talent Development projects
- Organize regular New Employee Orientation sessions
- Answer employee enquiries about the trainings
- Regularly update training info in the Learning System and other relevant databases
- Arrange shipment and distribution of the training material such as handouts, workbooks etc.
- Conduct post-training evaluation and report on the survey results
- Provide regular and ad hock training reports
RequiredQualifications
- Relevant work experience (at least one year of operational/administrative job experience)
- Minimum bachelor's degree in human resources, business, marketing, psychology, communication, or other related major. Master's degree preferred.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong ability to work with systems/databases. Experience of working with HR systems is a plus
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Efficient and organized with good attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
