Responsibilities

- Greet the visitors and provide necessary guidance
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate staff
- Maintain and follow-up attendance schedules of beneficiaries as per services available
- Be contact person between families and the Center specialists
- Set up and maintain an efficient and logical electronic and paper filing for all incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Be responsible for the administrative and logistical organization of workshops, seminars, meetings and events (including preparation of invitations, agenda, minutes, etc.)
- Copy and scan various documents as needed
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Center staff
- Perform Ad hoc duties as requested by supervisor

- Reasonable organizational skills
- Good communication skills
- Fluent in written and spoken Armenian and English
- Good knowledge of Russian would be an asset
- Reasonable IT skills – particularly with Microsoft Office (and modern social media
- Readiness and openness to undertake new tasks and work with diverse teams
