Responsibilities
- Conduct meetings with the clients, find out what the client needs and create requirements and tasks based on that
- Develop project plans and work schedules and set goals. Be able to identify the resources needed
- Coordinate the work and oversee the project execution so that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Be willing to proactively participate in the QA effort
- Make decisions on his/her own and operate with minimal supervision
- Multi-task and handle multiple projects at the same time
- Be willing to maintain the current tools and systems
RequiredQualifications
- At least 2 years of experience working as a Project Manager in the IT industry
- Must have experience working in or with startups
- Strong grasp of software development lifecycle
- Comfortable with using JIRA and Git, has basic Photoshop and basic HTML/CSS
- Comfortable in communicating with the clients, supervisor and the team
- Strong analytical Skills
- Familiar with software testing methods
- Familiar with iOS and iTunes environment is a plus
- Fluent in English and Armenian
- Most important of all, you should be a dependable team member and a leader at the same time
