Salary: Ranging from 100,000 AMD to 2,000,000 AMD, according to the "S" grade of the bank remuneration scheme and a package of benefits, career growth and development opportunities.

Description
The incumbent will develop and coordinate the implementation of the Bank's credit risks management system.

Responsibilities
- Analyze and assess credit risks, including business and individual loan investments, perform quantitative and qualitative risk analysis;
- Develop and implement credit risk assessment and management tools, including rating/ scoring mechanisms and other mathematical models and methods for credit risk management;
- Develop and support the Bank's IFRS9-aligned credit risk assessment system;
- Develop, implement and monitor internal credit risk management standards and parameters, early warning indicators;
- Regularly review risk management mechanisms, make recommendations to bring them into compliance with general strategy;
- Ensure reporting and accountability for credit risk assessment and management processes, regularly submit management reports;
- Perform other duties related to risk management functions as assigned by supervisor, fill in for absent colleagues.

RequiredQualifications
- University degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, Finance, Economics or other related field;
- At least 2 years of previous work experience in banking, preferably in risk management and/ or related sphere;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) and AS Bank 4.0;
- Excellent command of Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Proficiency in credit risk assessment and management models and methods, including mathematical modeling, statistical methods, IFRS 9;
- Ability to develop and implement projects, proficiency in performing financial and statistical analyses;
- Communication and team-player skills, ability to cooperate;
- Creative thinking, consultation skills.
