Responsibilities
- Work with SME and corporate customers to relieve their needs and offer corresponding banking products
- Present the Bank's products and their provision conditions to the customer
- Examine the customers' complaints and carry initiate relevant actions to solve them
- Manage the relations with customers
- Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches
- Develop special offers researching the customers' specific demands
RequiredQualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Economy or other relevant field
- Strong sales and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical and multitasking skills
- Team work skills
- Knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Driving license is plus
